Jess Grennan (she/her) is a top campaign strategist, particularly in tough, competitive states. For the past five years Jess has focused her work in the hardest and most competitive state on the political map: Arizona

Last year, she worked to successfully pass the Prop 209-Medical Debt ballot measure to protect Arizonans struggling with medical debt from abuses by the predatory debt collection industry. The measure won with 72% of support from Arizona voters.

She now brings her drive and creative strategy to her own firm, Simple Majority. 

Jess is passionate about building successful political operations by bringing on talented and skilled operatives to serve on each campaign and create winning state-specific strategies. She was influential in expanding one organization’s reach from just one state to more than 20. 

Jess was critical in taking on established institutions and running a nuanced, disciplined campaign to pass Colorado’s Prop 106 (Colorado End-of-Life Options Act) with 65% of the vote.  

Jess passed end-of-life-choices in California in just 1 ½  years, compared to the expected 5-7 years, helping over 38 million people.  

Jess lives in Missoula, Montana where she’s able to pursue art, food, wine, rivers, and fighting the medical patriarchy.
